Local Business Enterprise certified by the SF CMD, qualifying us for prime and subcontract participation on City and County of San Francisco public works.

Registered asbestos contractor under California Labor Code §6501.5 and Cal/OSHA Title 8 §1529. Trained workers and supervisors with current Cal/OSHA-approved certifications.

Certified Lead Supervisors & Workers on staff
CDPH-certified lead-related construction Supervisors and Workers per Title 17 §35001 et seq. EPA RRP Firm Certified per 40 CFR Part 745 for renovation work in pre-1978 buildings.

Field crews and supervisors hold current OSHA 30/10 cards and HAZWOPER certifications as required. Site-specific safety plans and daily Job Hazard Analyses on every project.
Insurance & Bonding
Eco Bay Services maintains General Liability, Pollution Liability, Workers' Compensation, Auto Liability, and Umbrella coverage at limits that meet typical general-contractor and public-agency requirements. Certificates of Insurance and additional-insured endorsements are issued on request for any project.
CSLB-required surety bonding is current and on file with the State of California. Project-specific Performance and Payment bonding is available on request through our surety partners.
