Lead Abatement
Certified lead-based paint abatement, stabilization, and clearance for renovation, repair, and demolition work.
Overview
What this service covers
Lead-based paint disturbed during renovation creates hazardous dust that can affect occupants long after the work is finished. Our CDPH-certified lead supervisors and workers plan and execute lead-safe projects under EPA RRP and Cal/OSHA Title 8 §1532.1, with documented containment, dust control, and post-work clearance.
What we do

- Lead-safe work practices for renovation, repair, and painting (RRP)
- Setup of containment, polyethylene barriers, and HEPA-filtered work areas
- Worker exposure monitoring and PPE management
- Coordination of independent dust-wipe clearance sampling
- Compliant disposal of lead-contaminated waste
- Recordkeeping required by Cal/EPA and CDPH
